I am a lifelong New Yorker who lives in Westchester County with my wife and 2 young kids. After years of impersonal corporate jobs, I am ready for the good and the bad of running a small business.

I respect what it takes to build something that lasts: the team you’ve developed, the customers you’ve earned. Deciding when to sell is not an easy decision.

My goal is simple: protect what you built, take care of your people, and grow the business the right way.

What the process looks like

  • Intro call (15–30 minutes): A simple conversation to learn about the business and what you want next.

  • Fit check: Review high-level info (with confidentiality). If there’s mutual interest, we align on expectations and terms.

  • Due diligence: Deeper review of financials and operations. No outreach to employees/customers without your approval.

  • Closing + transition: Close and execute a thoughtful handoff that supports the team and customers.
